The city of Woodbury celebrated 25 years of Safety Camp. Safety Camp is a two-day camp where police officers, firefighters, camp leaders and other safety experts will lead hands-on activities and presentations to teach campers a multitude of skills. Some topics include canoe safety, sports safety, archery safety, animal safety, fire safety, home safety and more. Each day will include fun games and events, interactive safety sessions and swimming

The City of Woodbury held a groundbreaking for it's new Public Works and Parks Maintenance complex.

The renovation of Ojibway Park in Woodbury is scheduled to begin this fall. Assistant Parks director Mike Adams shows us plans for a new park building, playground, and more. Go to WoodburyMN.gov for more details.

Woodbury Resident Marcus Kuboy was seriously injured in Iraq. He shares his journey through hospitals, recuperation and then returning back to Minnesota. His name is permanently part of the Woodbury Lions Veterans Memorial.

Cops and Bobbers is a chance for kids, ages 5 and up to meet Woodbury police officers and spend some time fishing together. Officers were on hand to help kids, bait, cast and reel.
