Government Access Channel 16 conducts live broadcasts of all city council and commission meetings in the cities of Woodbury, Cottage Grove, St. Paul Park, and Newport. These meetings are also replayed along with Grey Cloud Island Townboard meetings throughout each week. This channel also airs local programming produced by SWCTC government producers.
