Community Access Channel 14 accepts programming from residents of the South Washington County area in the format of VHS/SVHS tapes or DVD.

If you do not live in one of our member cities (Cottage Grove, Newport, Saint Paul Park, Woodbury, Grey Cloud Island) you must fill out the
LOCAL SPONSOR FORM.

Please label tapes on the face and the spine with the following:
- show title
- exact total run time
- exact pre-roll time *
- your name
- phone number
After you have completed your paperwork and turned in your program it can be scheduled to air. Schedules are made one week in advance so your program will not air immediately.
Do you have a community event or announcement you would like to have added to our TV BULLETIN BOARD (announcements aired on rotating graphic scroll between programming)? If so, contact 651-458-9241 ext. 113.
*Make sure there is no more than 90 seconds pre-roll on your tape. Pre-roll is the amount of time it takes from the very beginning of the tape until your program starts. We recommend 30-60 seconds of pre-roll.
